👤 Guide Onboarding

1. How do I join as a Guide?
Accept the invitation from your organization admin, sign up, and verify your LinkedIn. You’ll then access your dashboard.
2. What do I need to do first?
Create your profile, add a mentorship service, and set your availability. Without these steps, learners cannot find or book you.
3. How do I create a service?
Click “Create Service” on your dashboard, describe your expertise, define learning outcomes, and outline expectations for learners.
4. How does accountability work for Guides?
As a Guide, you’re expected to: - Accept or decline goal invites within 48 hours. - Show up prepared and on time for scheduled sessions. - Provide feedback and track mentee progress in the dashboard. - Close out goals once completed to measure impact.
5. How do I measure my impact?
Your Analytics tab tracks sessions, goals achieved, learner milestones, and feedback scores so you can see the difference you make.
6. Can I integrate my calendar?
Yes, integrate Google or Outlook from Settings > Integrations. This syncs availability automatically.
7. What happens if I need to withdraw from a goal?
You must notify the learner, document the reason, and formally close the goal as “Mentor Paused.” This ensures accountability and transparency.

🎓 Protégé Onboarding

1. How do I join as a Protégé?
Accept the invitation email, sign up, and create your account. You’ll then land on your dashboard.
2. What is the first step once I log in?
Create your first goal. This defines what you want to achieve with mentorship and helps the system match you with the right Guide.
3. Can I create multiple goals?
Yes, you can set up and track multiple goals at once, each with its own Guide and progress metrics.
4. How do I find a Guide?
After creating a goal, click “Find Guide.” You’ll be matched with mentors whose expertise aligns with your objectives.
5. How does accountability work for Protégés?
You are expected to: - Define clear and achievable goals. - Attend scheduled sessions on time. - Complete agreed action items between sessions. - Provide progress updates and reflections in the dashboard. - Close out goals once achieved.
6. How do I measure my success?
Your Goal Dashboard tracks milestones, mentor feedback, and completion metrics. Success = consistent progress + goal completion.
7. What happens if my Guide withdraws?
The system will close the goal as “Mentor Paused.” You’ll be notified and can either find another Guide or create a new goal.
8. Can I change or edit my goals?
Yes, you can edit your goals at any time. However, discuss changes with your Guide to keep accountability aligned.
