1. How do I join InzpireU as a Guide or Mentor?
Click on the “Accept Invitation” link in your email and follow the signup process.
2. What happens after I accept the invitation?
You’ll be prompted to create your account, then land on your dashboard.
3. How do I make myself visible to learners?
You need to create a service and set availability.
4. How do I create a mentorship service?
From your dashboard, click “Create Service” and fill out the required fields.
5. Where can I set my availability?
Use the InzpireU calendar or integrate your Google/Outlook calendar from the Settings.
6. Can I integrate my own calendar?
Yes! Use Settings > Integrations to connect your preferred calendar.
7. How do learners find me?
Once your service and availability are set, learners can find you via goal-based expertise matching.
8. What should I do when I receive a Goal Invite?
Review the goal and accept it or start a chat with the learner before proceeding.
9. Can I chat with learners before accepting?
Yes, use the built-in chat feature under Communication.
10. How do I track the impact of my sessions?
Check your Analytics tab for metrics on sessions, goals, and feedback.
